WILLIE AND JUAN'S STORY

Willie’s a Canadian guy that likes to go to Mexico each year. Willie’s laid back and out going. One year Willie meets Juan at this little out of the way place and Juan cooks him the best food he has ever tasted. Willie thinks Juan is the best and most original cook he has ever met and he convinces him to come to Canada to open a restaurant with him. Willie works the front of the restaurant where he cares passionately about his customers. Juan’s one of the greatest cooks who ever lifted a sauce pan, but Juan’s greatest gift is robbing great Mexican restaurants of there most prized dishes. You know how everyone says the best enchiladas you will ever taste comes from a small shack down a dirt road in a little town in Mexico? Juan’s been to these places and many more like it. The only thing is don’t tell Willie, he thinks Juan invented them all. Juan’s motto “Serving you great food from anywhere I can find it”, “Come in and enjoy!”
